  • Confit ocean trout, fresh horseradish, chives and sour cream

Stations

  • Willy Wonka station – enjoy a trip back to your childhood choosing from licorice bullets, marshmallows, kool mints, violet crumble, red licorice, caramel buds & sour worms to be served with various buffet items like coconut ice, caramel fudge and friands 

  • Oyster Bar – our funky trestle filled with Pacific, Sydney Rocks or Angassi (when available) shucked and served to order with lemon wedges, nam jing, and mignonette sauce 

  • Noodle station – fill your noodle box with a combination of your choice of noodles and condiments that include the following; fresh thin rice, Hokkien, fresh thick rice, rice vermicelli, green King prawns, chilli chicken, grass fed fillet of beef, Peking duck, peanuts, bean sprouts, straw mushrooms, snap peas, chilli, ginger, garlic, shallots, fried shallots, green beans, cashew nuts, sweet soy, garlic soy sauce, lime juice – all tossed into a hot wok to order so the theatre of the kitchen is alive at your own function 

  • The Paella pan – fresh squid, chorizo, mussels, chicken, prawns, peas and peppers, cooked on site and served straight from the pan. Seafood only or vegetarian options also available and served with a selection of Spanish tapas
